Interest Rates Expected to Hit 5% By The End Of 2011
Just when we thought interested rates hit there bottom they slid below 4.5% in September to a new low of 4.3%. However economists are saying that the rates are expected to increase gradually in the new year and eventually hit 5% by the end of 2011. The difference between three quarters of a percentage point and half a percentage point can be thousands of dollars in savings. If ever you thought about buying a home and financing now would be the time to do so. There is no telling how long interest rates will remain at these record lows.
