The Dreaded DISD Troubled Schools List

42 Dallas ISD schools make TEA list of state's worst schools. The list is made up of schools where student test scores were too low or school ratings were "unacceptable" which allow students to transfer to another school campus under the state's Public Education Grant Program. More than 11% of the subpar schools from the list were from Dallas.
